Έχω κάνει διάφορες δουλειές στον κλάδο των media στη Φινλανδία, τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, το Μεξικό, την Ελλάδα και τον Λίβανο. Μια ιστορία περιγράφει την προσέγγισή μου στο να εργάζομαι σε διαφορετικούς πολιτισμούς και να προσαρμόζω το υλικό ώστε να ταιριάζει με την τοπική οπτική έκφραση και το στυλ αφήγησης.
Ενώ φωτογράφιζα Σύρους στη Βηρυτό, έφτιαξα ένα πρόγραμμα για την έκθεση στα γκράφιτι, το οποίο ήταν μέρος της εκπαίδευσης για την ειρήνη για τη νεολαία της Βηρυτού. Ήταν ένα σημαντικό γεγονός όπου πολλοί τοπικοί πολιτικοί έκαναν ομιλίες. Ο πελάτης μου ήταν ένας οργανισμός υπεύθυνος για τη διδασκαλία, αλλά το πρόγραμμα (30 λεπτά) βρήκε τον δρόμο του σε έναν τοπικό τηλεοπτικό σταθμό και προβλήθηκε πολλές φορές.
Τι το ιδιαίτερο έχει αυτή η ιστορία; Δεν μιλάω λέξη αραβικά!
